THE STORY OF TK MAINTENANCE, LLC
After spending years in the field as an HVAC/R mechanic technician along with a back ground in many aspect of construction founder, Kelly Copeland, set paths, and started Advanced Climate Solutions(ACS). Historically at ACS Kelly mainly provided HVAC/R services to his clients but quickly many clients turned to Kelly for other services. With Kelly’s back ground in many aspects of construction Kelly delivered on these request. As the demands for his excellence in service in the HVAC/R field grew and as clients continued to turn to Kelly to deliver General Building Maintenance services Kelly Partnered with Co-Founder, Thomas Gibson, to implement the operation of an entire company, TK Maintenance, LLC, with the sole purpose, and dedication to continue delivering General Building Maintenance for shared clients of ACS.
