Initially founded in 2015 by Kelly Copeland, owner of Advanced Climate Solutions, as a means to further facilitate and service his client base with a company set out to deliver on a wide variety of building maintenance scopes of work, Kelly quickly turned to Co founder Thomas Gibson to implement the operations of TK Maintenance.
